2026 Joint Annual MAS-ASPB & UMD Plant Symposium

Registration Information

The joint annual meeting of the Mid Atlantic Section of ASPB and the University of Maryland is a two-day in-person conference that combines science, education, and networking to promote interactions among students, postdocs, faculty, and researchers in industry from around the mid-Atlantic region.

The meeting typically includes:

• Keynote speakers
• Plenary sessions
• Poster sessions
• Workshops in career development and grant writing

The Section encourages the participation of early career investigators, including undergraduates and graduate students. The organizing committee will select oral presentations from the submitted abstracts.

Abstract Submission Deadline:

For Oral presentation consideration: April 17, 2026(midnight Eastern)

For Poster presentation: May 15, 2026 (midnight Eastern)
